Who is Eric Rosenfield?

I am a writer and web programmer recently moved to Middlebury, VT. As a programmer, I specialize in PHP, Perl, and MySQL. Here is my résumé. I currently work for Union Street Media. I also co-edit the new literary web “blogazine,” Wet Asphalt, for which I write a column called Reading Versus Watching, among other things. I have written for The Comics Journal, Moxie, Boog City, Urban Folk and Flashing in the Gutters.I have recently completed a novel called The Book: A Novel, which is in the process of finding a publisher. You can view The Book’s promotional mini-Site. I am currently working on my second novel. This website is my personal blog, updated daily (or mostly daily) with whatever it is I’m looking at on the web. Usually that means literary news, links and gossip. You can subscribe to my RSS feed.I also have a mailing list, to which I send out very infrequent updates as to what I’m writing and publishing and so forth. You can subscribe to it.
This is the third iteration of my Blog. The first iteration was coded by me in Perl, and contains posts from December 31st, 2000 - July 16th, 2002. It can be found here: ER.com 1.0
The second iteration used Movable Type within a homebrew Perl wrapper and contains posts from December 24th, 2002 - July 21st, 2005. It can be found here: ER.com 2.0.
The current version employs the excellent WordPress system using a modified theme and implementation of Technorati Tags.
