I tried to post this on Wet Pavement but am not sure it went through, if I needed a log-in or something, and I looked for an email but got bored. Still:
Thanks so much for telling it like it is in that Chronicle of Higher Education comment, 4-6-07. Bloggers ARE just bloggers. We don’t have to write more than we want, we don’t have to write less.
It’s my piece of art, I want to scream at detractors (when you get nasty comments you know you’ve made it)
it’s MY BLOG, expletive! LeMeAlone.
But as a professional, I have to be nice.

Wet Asphalt has comment screening where we have to approve comments before they go up. Your comment is now live. We should probably make that clearer on the site.
