Cheryl Reed is the new editor of the Books Section of the Chicago Sun Times and in this article she gives some ideas of what she’s looking for:

“I don’t want to hear about any more coming-of-age stories,” she says. “I like to hear about something that hasn’t been done, something with a unique approach that takes you to another place and teaches you something or lets you infiltrate another society.”
