The Survey

My name is Eric Rosenfield. I am student at Columbia University. This survey is part of project I am doing for a course in sociology. It's goal is to survey views on gender in people in the greater New York area and on the internet. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete.

Because no names are attached to the surveys, anonymity is assured and in no way will your personal identity be attached to the data in question at any time or for any reason.

By filling out this survey you wave any right to prosecute Columbia University, my teacher or myself, for any use I may make of the data. By filling out the form you agree that all data, as information, becomes my personal property that I may use in any way I see fit.
